Founded in 2010, DOHO Electric Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven service provider at the forefront of green
energy. We are dedicated to delivering advanced power solutions integrated with IoT and digital
intelligence. Our expertise spans a comprehensive range of high-performance equipment, including
prefabricated cabins, high/low voltage switchgear, intelligent monitoring devices, and precision sheet metal
fabrication. Beyond manufacturing, we provide end-to-end EPC contracting and component trading to meet the
complex needs of the modern grid.

operations. With a dedicated workforce of over 200 professionals, DOHO has built a robust infrastructure
featuring a manufacturing base in Wenzhou, a sales headquarters in Shanghai, and a specialized R&D center in
Wuhan. Our reach extends globally through nine branch offices—from Beijing to Barcelona, Spain—supported by

from Justice to Energy: The Journey of Jilai ChenDOHO’s story began with a bold
transition.
Our founder, Jilai Chen, an alumnus of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a former public
prosecutor, traded the courtroom for the clean energy frontier.
With a modest startup capital of just $3,000 and a relentless work ethic, Mr. Chen built DOHO from a
one-man workshop into a multi-million dollar global innovator.
As a graduate of Zhejiang University (JM) and Tsinghua University (EMBA), and an avid marathon runner,
he brings the same spirit of endurance and integrity to the power industry.
